ConvertBuddy brings common image jobs into one workspace so you do not need to upload the same file to several separate tools. Add one image for a quick edit or load a complete queue for repetitive work. You can resize, crop, convert, compress, rotate, flip, adjust color, add a text watermark, remove common metadata and export the finished files locally.
The workspace is especially useful when a job has more than one step. For example, a website image can be resized to a sensible maximum width, converted to WebP, compressed and renamed before export. A product-photo batch can use the same dimensions and watermark while still allowing individual images to be adjusted before the final ZIP is created.

How to edit multiple images with ConvertBuddy
- Add images. Choose files, drag them into the workspace or paste an image from the clipboard. The queue lets you move between images without starting over.
- Choose individual or batch editing. Fine-tune one image with crop and adjustments, or open Batch Actions to resize, convert, compress, watermark or rename many images at once.
- Review the output. Check dimensions, format, quality and the before/after preview. Each queued image can keep its own edits even after a batch command.
- Download one or all. Save the current image separately or render the edited queue and download everything together as a ZIP archive.
Original files are not changed by the browser editor. Keep important originals until you have checked the exported results.

Formats, quality and browser support
JPG, PNG and WebP are the most reliable everyday formats across modern browsers. GIF, BMP and SVG can be opened by relevant tools, while AVIF and less-common image formats depend on browser support. When transparency matters, PNG or WebP is usually a better choice than JPG. When small website files matter, WebP often provides a useful balance between quality and size.
ConvertBuddy does not claim that one format is always best. Logos and graphics with transparency have different needs from photographs, screenshots or scanned documents. The output controls are therefore kept visible so you can choose the format and quality that match the actual use case.
Local processing and privacy
For supported image tools, decoding, editing and export are performed in the browser on your device rather than by uploading the file to ConvertBuddy. That can be useful for private documents, product images, screenshots and photos that you do not want to send to another processing server. Browser memory and device performance still set practical limits, especially for very large batches.
Fresh export encoding also removes common EXIF, GPS, camera and software metadata from supported raster formats. If metadata is important for archival or professional workflows, keep the original file because exported clean copies are intentionally different from the source container.

Are my images uploaded to ConvertBuddy?
Supported Image Workspace processing happens locally in your browser. The files are not uploaded to ConvertBuddy for those local-processing operations.
Can I edit multiple images at once?
Yes. Load a queue, select some or all images, then apply batch resize, conversion, compression, watermark, metadata and naming settings.
Which image formats can I use?
Common browser-readable formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and SVG are supported by relevant tools. Additional formats depend on the browser and operating system.
Can ConvertBuddy remove GPS and camera metadata?

Can I download every edited image as one file?
