Before contacting support
- Confirm you are using the latest published ScreenVexa version.
- Restart Chrome after updating an unpacked development build.
- For camera issues, close other apps using the webcam and press Refresh cameras.
- For 4K problems, test 1080p first, then try 4K / 30 FPS with webcam off.
- For Video Studio exports, note the clip types and approximate project duration.
