Does ScreenVexa upload my recordings?
Core recording, screenshot and editing workflows are designed to process media locally on your device rather than upload captures to ScreenVexa.
Can ScreenVexa use an external USB camera?
Yes when Chrome and the operating system expose the camera to the browser. Use Refresh cameras after permission is granted or after connecting a device.
Can the webcam become full screen during recording?
Yes. Full-screen camera expands the webcam in the recorded composition, and Minimize camera returns it to its previous overlay state.
What is the difference between Trim, Split and Cut?
Trim shortens the start/end. Split divides at the playhead. Cut / Remove Section removes a selected middle range while keeping the material before and after it.
Can I record for 12 hours?
ScreenVexa caps a single recording, project timeline and export at 12 hours. Device storage, browser stability and source conditions still matter for long sessions.
Does 4K always mean exactly 3840×2160?
No. ScreenVexa requests up to 3840×2160 where supported. The selected source, display and Chrome may deliver a different effective resolution.
Does ScreenVexa add a watermark?
No watermark is intentionally added to normal ScreenVexa captures.
