Why the quality of the source handwriting matters

A font generator can clean and normalize a character, but it cannot fully reconstruct information that was never captured. Clear ink, a straight photograph, enough white space around each symbol, and a complete punctuation set produce a much more useful result. Start with the template guide if you plan to write on paper, or open the Font Studio if you prefer to draw characters directly on screen.
